- Salmon Fillets
- Lemon Pepper
- Dill Weed
- Sea Salt
- Feta Cheese
1) Preheat oven to 400 F.
2) Sprinkle salmon with dill weed, lemon pepper, and sea salt.
3) Top with feta and bake for 20-25 minutes until salmon is flaky.
I served it with a mixed green salad with olives, roasted red peppers, and pepperoncini peppers and also some steamed broccoli with lemon juice. Easy, healthy and filling dinner – will definitely make this often (especially when salmon is on sale).
