- 1 bag coleslaw
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar (I usually use red wine vinegar, but realized right when I was about to make this that I didn’t have any)
- 6 oz crumbled feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons sugar substitute (or you can use regular sugar)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
1) Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.

This a great alternative to your normal coleslaw with mayo. I definitely prefer red wine vinegar over the balsamic vinegar that I used in this recipe, but it still tasted good. Enjoy!
