This may be one of the easiest and tastiest recipes you could put together with 2 ingredients. It tastes like a healthier version of spinach fettuccini alfredo. You can eat it as a light lunch or with some grilled chicken (or any other meat) for a bigger meal. You could also serve it as a healthy dip with whole grain tortilla/pita chips!
- Frozen creamed spinach
- Spaghetti Squash
1. Bake your spaghetti squash at 375 degrees for about an hour (time will depend on size of squash). See here for more information on spaghetti squash.
2. Cook creamed spinach per package directions.
3. Combine creamed spinach with spaghetti squash.
I ate it with a side of hot sauce, of course. Enjoy!
