Selma Good Company

I recently had the pleasure of taking a little trip to Selma, AL. On my bucket list of things to do there was to taste the Selma Good cookies I had heard so many great things about. I decided to try the Mo Budda’s – Butterscotch Oatmeal Cookies, especially since I’d be doing a review on Oatmeal Mountain. I popped one of these cookies in my mouth and it was love at first taste – truly the perfect cookie! These are small, bite-size cookies with a ton of flavor. As the guy at Mark’s Mart said “I could put those cookies in a bowl, pour some milk over it, and eat it like cereal”. That would be the breakfast of champions! To make things even better, since these cookies are perfectly portioned, you get 5 cookies for just 25 calories!

Here’s more info on the company:

The Selma Good Company is a micro-bakery in Selma Alabama located in historic downtown. We pride ourselves in baking real cookies, with real ingredients and “real BUDDA”. 10% of gross profits go to IWW, www.integrityworldwide.com

And the cookie:

Buddascotch Oatmeal cookies

A unique combination of cinnamon, butter, and oatmeal, all contribute to an unbelievably rich flavor. These cookies are “mo budda” than any cookie you’ve ever eaten!

Wondering where to get these?
