Cheesy Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups baking mix
  • 3/4 cup nonfat buttermilk
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Stir together all ingredients just until combined.

3. Scoop into a mini muffin pan coated with cooking spray.

4. Bake 12-15 minutes, until golden.
