SIAB – Smoothie In A Bowl

Yet another pumpkin recipe! This one is perfect for a filling breakfast or a light dinner.


  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 2 heaping Tablespoons of nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks*


1. Blend all the ingredients together and serve in a bowl. You can top it with granola or dried cranberries or anything else that will add some texture to it.


*When your bananas are about to go bad, peel them, cut them into slices/chunks, and freeze in ziploc bags. The frozen banana chunks are great for smoothies, in place of ice.
